What is Your local Parcel Shop

Your local Parcel Shop allows you to have your item redirected to a more convenient location closer to where you live and therefore save you time waiting for our driver to attempt re delivery or the inconvenience of having to travel to our distribution depot in Braddan.

How it works

If our driver attempts a delivery and you are not at home they will leave a ‘ Sorry we missed you’ card; simply follow the instructions on the card and choose the Parcel Shop you would like us to deliver your item to. If we receive your instruction before 7am your item will be ready for you to collect from your preferred location by 12noon on the same day, any requests received after this time will be available the following day. (weekend requests will only be available from 12 noon on Monday)

Restrictions

Some parcels will not be suitable for this service as they may be too large or perishable, to help you decide, the driver will indicate on the card they have left with you if you can take advantage of Parcel Shop or alternatively if a redelivery/collection from our depot is required.
